Weekly Summary Dec. 20 – Dec. 26

A friend of mine commented (also a trail runner) that trail running is a sickness.  I adore that passionate comment cause if your part of this culture you realize your not the sick one!  So therefore my friend I know your logging in the long miles as I am as well.  This week was my first 65 mile week and I truly am proud of my minor accomplishment.  There is plenty still to accomplish before I hit the 100 mile start line in March but the snow that has fallen around the east coast today has lead me to believe I am ready to attempt my best come March – especially after I ran in it for nearly 13 miles.  Below are some details.  And yes, I have gone on a treadmill……………ok I am awake now.
